Pharmaceutical Project Manager
12+ years working exclusively as a Project Manager in the US pharmaceutical industry, ideally at pharma giants such as Merck, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, or Johnson & Johnson. Proven experience running at least two concurrent large-scale projects ($1m+ budget each) using SCRUM across multi-geo, cross-functional teams. SAP ERP experience is required, along with familiarity with GxP, computer system validation (CSV), and FDA regulatory compliance.
AI Architect
Hands-on AI Architect to lead KLST’s transformation into an agentic-AI-first product engineering organization. At least 10 years of full-stack engineering plus 2+ years building with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, NVIDIA NeMo) is a must. You will stand up and operate a fleet of 50+ autonomous coding, QA, product management, and marketing agents running 24/7 within enterprise guardrails. This is not a chatbot or data-science role.
Enterprise Sales Executive – Customer Experience
8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales with a demonstrated track record of new-logo acquisition in Legal Tech, Microsoft Cloud, or AI/SaaS. You will hunt net-new logos across the Am Law 200 and global legal tech buyer base for the KLapper, Legal101, netDocShare, and imDocShare portfolio, owning the full cycle from discovery through close. Strong Zoho CRM pipeline discipline and existing Am Law 100/200 relationships are strongly preferred.
Developer
3–5 years full-stack development experience building production-grade Microsoft Cloud and Generative AI solutions. Fluency in TypeScript, React or Angular, .NET Core Web API, Node.js, and Python is a must, alongside Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps pipelines. Experience integrating Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI, or Google Gemini into customer applications, and building RAG pipelines and vector search, is strongly preferred.
SharePoint Architect – Can you lead by example?
Strong C-Level communication and presentation skills coupled with at least 10+ years’ exclusive experience in Microsoft SharePoint technologies and at least 4 years’ experience with SharePoint 2013 and/or Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online. Microsoft SharePoint or Azure Certifications preferred. Experience developing with AngularJS (1.x or 2.0 version), SharePoint Client Side Object Model (CSOM), and SharePoint 2013/2016/Online REST APIs is a must.
