Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive
KL Software Technologies (“KLST”) is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to strengthen our sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, and deal progression. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with identifying decision makers, engaging over emails, phone calls, social media and other possible channels, running account-based campaigns and supporting revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute lead generation activities across outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, referrals, partner).
- Conduct consistent and professional follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos, sales meetings, and presentations with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
- Track lead conversion metrics and contribute to weekly/monthly sales reporting.
- Represent the organization professionally in all external communications.
Key Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles in the USA, EU, or AUS market.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads and consistently follow up to closure or handover.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and sales funnels.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and outcome-oriented mindset.
- Experience selling B2B services, SaaS, IT services, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work with global customers and flexible hours if required.
- Fluent in verbal and written communication
