Job description
The ideal candidate will have impeccable Sales skills and help KLST achieve revenue goals in the US, Europe and Oceania geography for its suite of Generative AI and Microsoft SharePoint products & Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the organization as the business development executive.
- Direct reporting to the Global Vice President – Customer Success.
- Provide strategic planning and vision for KLST Digital Services and software subsidiary (KLoBot Inc) Products sales execution.
- Advocates / promotes organization and stakeholder change related to KLST mission.
- Provide a professional public presence on behalf of the company.
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (“ARR”) Growth of a minimum of 20% Year-over-Year.
- Work closely to ensure KLST is highly profitable, grow annuity income and ensure target normalized EBDITA of at least 25% with YOY growth.
Key Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in Sales role managing at least $500K annual recurring revenue (ARR) business.
- Knowledge of the Legal & Professional Services industry and market conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Services (like Teams, Planner, Viva Engage etc.), and Microsoft Azure.
- Must have proven experience in selling Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Be open to working Flexible long hours as required (preferably EST USA time).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with MBA preferred.
