Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: India (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Campaign Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute digital marketing strategies that span web, social,
and email platforms. - Drive brand awareness and lead generation by supporting end-to-end campaign lifecycle including strategy,
content, launch, and performance tracking. - Ensure timely website updates and digital asset alignment with SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and
engagement.
- Content Creation & SEO Optimization
- Write, edit, and publish digital content such as blogs, landing pages, web articles, social posts, and case
studies. - Use SEO tools and keyword research to optimize all content for search engines, ensuring increased visibility and
organic traffic. - Regularly analyze content performance (CTR, bounce rate, time on page) and adapt strategy to maximize user
engagement and conversion.
- Social Media Management & Paid Ad Campaigns
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video content tailored to platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok,
Instagram Reels, and Facebook Stories. - Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all major social media platforms using tools like Zoho Social,
Hootsuite, or other platforms. - Design and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube,
and TikTok: - Define audience segments, budget allocations, and campaign objectives.
- Create ad creatives and copy optimized for each platform and audience type.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads to measure effectiveness and refine creative direction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., CPC, CTR, engagement rate, ROAS) and provide insights for
ongoing optimization. - Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and emerging ad trends to maintain competitive edge.
- Continuously suggest new social strategies and creative formats to strengthen brand visibility and
audience engagement.
- Event Marketing Support
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company presence at trade shows, exhibit booths, and partner events.
- Coordinate logistics, design promotional materials, and support onsite brand activations.
- Help drive digital pre-event and post-event engagement through targeted email, social media, and landing pages.
- Email Marketing & Ad Campaign Execution
- Assist in the creation and deployment of targeted email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or
Zoho. - Build segmented email lists and optimize campaign performance through testing subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Support setup and monitoring of search and display ad campaigns on Google Ads and paid campaigns on LinkedIn and
Meta platforms.
- Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to measure campaign
success and digital traffic behavior. - Generate weekly and monthly performance reports outlining key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Use data-driven learnings to refine targeting, content, and delivery mechanisms for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in Digital marketing (primarily Social Media Marketing).
- Certification/Degree in Digital Marketing and ability to understand IT Services and Products.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in IT and technology trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for engaging content.
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Other “Nice to Have” Skills:
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing
automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or other platforms). - Familiarity with cloud-based content management and collaboration platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience
Manager, and Microsoft Cloud (especially Azure-based marketing integrations). - Exposure to AI-powered marketing technologies and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI, or copy optimization
platforms) integrated with CRM systems. - Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and algorithm updates across platforms such as Google, Bing, and
YouTube. - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) for marketing data visualization, reporting,
and process automation. - Familiar with Am Law systems and applications.
